Just had a one night stay at this fabulous hotel. We had never stayed here before and weren't expecting anything but were blown away by the friendly staff who made us feel welcome and special! We were upgraded to a lake view room which had breathtaking views. As loyalty Accor members we thought the handwritten welcome note from the Manager was a lovely detail. The room itself was spacious and clean and the breakfast was lovely. It was the small things in this hotel that will bring us back - like the kids spy activity - THANK YOU - it kept our youngest child entertained for several hours as he hunted down clues in the hotel, what a lovely detail. Definitely will return!
